J. Wayne Abbott is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Technology Professional. He is the founding partner with the firm of Abbott, Jordan, & Koon, LLC. His focus is in providing high quality client services in the technology, tax, and accounting area of the firm.

He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Institute of Management Accountants. Wayne graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA degree in Accounting. Wayne continues to develop his talents by completing continuing education in various services that the firm offers.

Wayne actively promotes the accounting profession and plays a leadership role in the community and the office. He serves on the boards of various civic and charitable organizations including the West Georgia Health Foundation, Troup County Chamber of Commerce, History Museum, and other community organizations.
