The firm’s auditing staff and partners have the experience to meet the tax and financial reporting needs of privately held banks. Our partners and staff have deep industry knowledge and resources to make sure financial reports are accurate and objective. In addition to traditional services, we have the industry expertise to help banks who would like assistance with strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, and other services that could help the institution maximize returns while staying compliant. Our firm focuses on small community banking institutions. Given the number of bank closures, especially in the state of Georgia, the burden of meeting regulatory requirements weighs heavily on these smaller banks.

We understand how important the relationship with your auditor can be in challenging times. Our goal is serve each client to the best of our ability, even when that means not being able to serve as external auditor. There are ever-changing rules with regards to auditor independence. There may be areas that we can assist you as far as internal audit/consulting, while allowing you to maintain the current relationship with your external auditor.
